How can we help?

Get help with subscriptions, study progress, lesson feedback, privacy requests, or a technical problem in the Archway iPhone app.

Contact support

Email support@cldgrp.com. Include your Archway app version, iOS version, device model, the screen you were using, and what you expected to happen. Please do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, or other sensitive information. If the link does not open an email app, copy support@cldgrp.com into your preferred email service.

Subscriptions and billing

Apple processes Archway subscriptions. Open Archway → You → Settings (the gear icon) → Account and select your membership to manage an active subscription. You can also use iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions or manage subscriptions with Apple. Use Restore purchases on the Archway subscription screen if an active entitlement is not appearing.

Archway does not collect payment-card details or issue App Store refunds directly. You can request a refund from Apple. Deleting the app or your Archway account does not cancel a subscription.

Study progress

Guest progress is stored locally on the device. If you sign in with Apple or Google, eligible profile settings and learning progress are also synced to your Archway account. If results look incorrect, use You → Settings → Account → Account and cloud sync → Sync now, then include the affected lesson names and a screenshot when contacting support.

Account access and deletion

Use You → Settings → Account → Account and cloud sync to link another sign-in method, sign out, or permanently delete your Archway account and synced data. Deleting an account does not cancel an App Store subscription; active subscriptions must be managed through Apple.

Lesson feedback

Feedback is optional and can be sent at the bottom of a lesson. For a deletion request, include the lesson, approximate submission time, selected rating, and enough of the optional comment to identify the record. Do not provide information unrelated to locating your submission.
